Shows current time and date in another time zone, next to your computer clock.
On mouse over, the full time (with minutes) is diplayed, and comment or date.
By left click, you can open a small windows for display time (and date or comment) on top of all other windows.
You can setup alarm (alert) for reminder (ex: for not forget a meeting).
